MEET & GREET

After you submit an inquiry, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your vision and you can meet the team that will support you through the planning process and your wedding day. We will discuss our wedding planning packages and figure out what's best for your needs. Once the paperwork is taken care of and you’ve made your deposit, you’re officially a Rose Hill Events Couple!

KICK-OFF

To get started we want to get to know you as a couple and learn more about the ideas and plans you have for your big day! We believe your wedding should be a reflection of you as a couple and we will work to make your event a completely personalized and unique experience.

PLANNING

Now it’s time to create an outline for our planning process. You’ll receive your own wedding planning portal with a checklist so that we can keep you up to date every step of the way. You can expect to receive regular updates from your planning team and you can always contact us with any questions you may have. Sit back and relax and enjoy your engagement while we get to work!

TIME TO CELEBRATE

On your wedding weekend, we will run your rehearsal and be there to make sure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day. We will make sure everything is set up according to plan, ensure you stay on time throughout the day, and pack up at the end of the night so you and your family can focus on the celebration. On your wedding day, you are a VIP and we are here to make sure you feel that way!

Where are you located?

We are located in Fairfield, Connecticut & coordinate events all over New England, New York, AND beyond! We love to travel and no destination is too far for us to go.

How much does wedding planning cost?

Our pricing is based on a number of factors including location, number of guests, the package you have selected, the length of our planning period, & more. Our planning packages start at $3,000, but we offer consultations starting at $125.

Do you offer day-of coordination?

We offer a Wedding Management Package which is our take on day-of coordination. Wedding management services start about 9 weeks out from your date.

How many weddings do you plan a weekend or year?

We limit the number of weddings we book per year and usually only book one wedding per weekend to ensure individualized attention to our couples and their wedding day. Having two lead planners helps us pick up a double weekend as needed, but we do try to give ourselves breaks in the season as well. That being said, our schedule fills up fast so if you’re interested in working together, we recommend getting in touch ASAP.

Do you plan other events besides weddings?

Yes! We can also assist with any social, corporate, or non-profit events. Rose Hill Events owner, Kelly Matregrano, has an event planning background with years of corporate and non-profit event experience such as conferences, galas, golf tournaments, and more. Contact us for a custom quote!
